I've had a lot of extra time at home...like everyone else around the world.⠀

And how have I been spending it? Well, you may have noticed you saw the first posts from me in months! ⠀

I've taken this extra time to dive back into @the_backcountry_kitchen. During the winter, there wasn't much to share. We were skiing, but not hiking, camping, and backpacking.⠀

Well, I'm the BCK is back! I'm hiking the John Muir Trail in September (hopefully!) and hiking again now that the weather is great. So I'm more motivated than ever to get outside and share the tasty food I've been making over campfires and camp stoves.⠀
